Construction for grade separator at Jagtap Dairy Chowk begins

The work for second phase of the grade separator at Jagtap Dairy chowk begins.
Grade separator, a project that was completed by the Municipal body of Pimpri Chinchwad at Jagtap Dairy chowk, was opened for the public use on 27 August. However, after the completion of the first phase of the grade separator, which is passing from Pimple Saudagar to Wakad, the construction of second phase of the grade separator, passing from Wakad to Pimple Saudagar has begun.
During the recent meeting with the mayor of the city, Usha Dhore, Pramod Ombhase, Executive Engineer at BRTS department, said “Both side grade separators are going to help us resolve the congestion at Sai chowk. Considering the importance of the region, the traffic coming from Hinjewadi IT Park to Pimple Saudagar, and either way, will pass without any congestion.”
The reports about the second phase grade separator suggest that the approved budget for the grade separator is Rs 28.15 crores.
The Nashik Phata – Wakad grade separator stretch is 147.930 meters, while the box (Grade separator underpass) will be 80 meters.
