Corona Control Room to remain open for 24 hours

Pune Municipal Corporation has set up a Covid Control Room to address several issues related to knowing availability of beds, bed management, availability of Ventilators and Oxygenated beds and many things related to Covid19 treatment.

Mayor for Pune city, Murlidhar Mohol today visited the Covid19 war room alongwith Rubal Agarwal, additional commissioner, Pune Municipal Corporation, Commissioner Vikram Kumar, Corporators Shrinath Bhimale, Praveen Chorbele, health department chief Dr Ashish Bharati and officials of the control room and staff.

Keeping in mind the current situation of Covid19 in Pune city, PMC has decided to increase the number of helpline numbers from five to ten. The control room shall now work in three shifts for twenty hours. This will enable anyone to seek information on availability of beds.
