Dr.Bhosale explained “It is important to be aware of safety while working on the sites. At the same time, it needs to be made sure that all the necessary tools and kits are available while doing first aid.” Also, required first aid techniques on electric shock and injuries, bleeding, accidents, and steps to be considered while giving Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) were imparted through demonstrations.

“Considering the welfare of construction workers, this initiative is taken up for the first time by CREDAI. We aim to spread this training program to at least 5000 staff and workers in the near future,” expressed Sapna Rathi.

CREDAI Pune Metro has encouraged all the member developers to enroll their staff for this pioneering training program as soon as possible, in order to create a safer and more secure working environment. Rashmi Lodha; Labour Welfare Committee member played the anchor for the program.
