Delimitation of wards in PCMC to be announced on February 1

The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation elections 2022 shall be held on three member panels. The delimitation of wards shall be released on Tuesday, February 1 on the PCMC website – www.pcmcgov.in

Over 46 maps of 46 wards shall be uploaded on the site. Beginning from February 2, 2022 the objections on the ward structure shall be accepted till February 14, 2022. The residents can register their suggetsions or objections at the Election Department in the PCMC office or in the regional ward offices.

The suggestions or objections on the ward delimitation can be registered from 2 – 14 February 2022.

The hearing on the suggestions or objections raised on the delimitation of ward will be announced on February 26, 2022.

After the hearing is held the election department in the PCMC shall submit the affidavit to the State Election Commission on March 2, 2022.
