Dispute Over Nail On Door Leads To Assault On Mother And Daughter In Virar; Incident Captured On CCTV
In a shocking incident in Virar, a woman and her daughter were brutally assaulted by a family living in the same building. The altercation occurred over a dispute regarding a nail being hammered on a door, which escalated into a violent attack. The entire incident was captured on CCTV.
The attack took place on Wednesday night around 9:45 PM in the Tulsi Dham Society building in the Viva Jahangir Complex, Virar East. The woman and her daughter were severely beaten by the accused, Gautam Pandey, and his wife, Pratibha Pandey. The police have registered a case under sections 74, 115(2), 352, and 351(2) against the accused. Police are continuing the investigation.
