Women Who Lead had recently taken an initiative to present Financial Awareness Programs for the underprivileged working women from Hills N Dales and Kumar Princetown, so as to empower them financially and bring the awareness for them to grow and plan their future.

Women Who Lead (WWL) founded and envisioned by Radhika Sudhir was established in the year 2020 in Pune, to empower women from different walks of life.

In today’s scenario it is very important for underprivileged women to know the financial implications and financial awareness will make them a better decision maker. It’s a plan in place, to make the future better. Financial empowerment will give them impetus to decide what is best for them and their family.

Speaking at the occasion Radhika Sudhir said, “Usually women, even if they are earning, are not the financial decision makers in the family, we need to change this scenario.  The complete idea is to encourage ambition, empower confidence and inspire.”

Women Who Lead National Award and Consortium has started this initiative with cooperative housing societies and have successfully completed a few drives.  We are  looking forward to expanding this vision, creating more awareness so as to empower  women. We are also open for collaborations to work together for the upliftment of women in the society.
