Good News !!! Tesla Comes To Pune

Pune: Elon Musk’s company, Tesla, has leased a space in Panchshil Business Park in Viman Nagar. It is expected to soon begin operations in Pune. As per information, two senior executives from Tesla met with representatives from Invest India and are reportedly planning additional meetings in Delhi.
As per the documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate firm, two organizations, Tablespace Technologies Pvt Ltd & Tesla, made a 5-year lease agreement where Tesla has leased a 5,850 sq ft area in Panchshil Business Park in Viman Nagar.
The two companies have agreed for a lock-in time of three years with a 5% per annum heightening condition. On October 1, 2023, the rent payment by Tesla will begin.
For 5 years, Tesla will pay a rent of Rs 11.65 lakh and a security deposit of Rs 34.95 lakh. The lease agreement will include five parking spots for cars and ten spots for bikes in accordance with the agreement that was registered on July 26, 2023.
Panchshil Business Park in Viman Nagar has a development size of 10,77,181 square feet and is currently under construction. It is just three kilometers from Pune International Airport and 500 meters from Nagar Road. It is easily accessible from Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park, Wadgaon Sheri, and Kharadi, which are residential areas.
