Pune Mumbai Expressway: MSRDC announces diversion for vehicles near Khopoli
On November 28, the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) (NH-166D) intends to place girders along the Khopoli to Paliphata (NH-166D) road at 33/800 on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.
Consequently, there will be a temporary diversion on a particular stretch from 12 pm to 3 pm.
As per the information provided, traffic from Mumbai to Pune, approximately 1 km away from the Mumbai stretch on Expressway will be diverted towards Pune with a specific speed limit. However, traffic from Pune to Mumbai will remain unaffected during this time. Once the work is completed, traffic from Mumbai to Pune will resume at 3 pm.
The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation informed, “The motorists are requested to reach out to the control room on either 9822498224 or 9833498334 of the Mumbai Pune Expressway Control Room or State Highway Police for assistance in case they encounter any issues during this time.”
