He proposed saving 600 Rs daily, walking at least 10,000 steps, and dedicating twenty minutes to reading.

However, his message was met with criticism, as many commenters fixated on the 600 Rs figure rather than grasping the broader message he intended to convey. Critics argued that suggesting a daily savings of ₹600 is unrealistic for those who may not earn sufficient wages.

A segment of the online community concentrated on the suggested figure instead of the main message, questioning Mr. Goenka on how an average Indian could feasibly save ₹600 daily, totaling approximately ₹18,000 each month.
Many social media users took issue with Harsh Goenka, suggesting he was disconnected from the everyday experiences of people.
Some even pointed out the salaries of his own company’s workforce, urging him to examine the compensation of his CEAT employees.
