Indians In US Organise Mega Car Rally Ahead Of Ram Temple Inauguration in Ayodhya
A car rally was organized by Indians living in the United States on Saturday in New Jersey, in advance of the eagerly awaited grand opening ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The New Jersey rally had up to 350 cars in it.
Videos showed a number of cars parked on the streets alongside a sizable gathering of Hindu citizens waving flags bearing pictures of Lord Ram. It is also possible to hear the rally participants singing devotional songs to Lord Ram.
Approximately 500 people participated in a large car rally across Houston that was organized earlier this week by the Hindu American community. The participants in the three-mile line of 216 cars led by eight police officers on bikes were carrying saffron banners with pictures of the Ram temple on them.
Additionally, the VHP in America has placed over 40 billboards in ten states with information about the Ram temple’s consecration ceremony.
The general secretary of the Hindu Parishad of America said that these billboards send a clear message that Hindu Americans are thrilled to be taking part in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. As they excitedly await the auspicious day of the consecration ceremony, their emotions are overwhelming.
