Passengers at Rajkot International Airport in Gujarat got upset this week when their flight got delayed, and there was no food or drinks for them. They argued with the airline staff, and videos of the argument are now online.

The argument happened on Monday when an IndiGo flight from Rajkot to Mumbai was delayed for more than two hours because they didn’t have enough snacks and drinks.

The flight was supposed to leave at 7:40 pm but got cancelled because of bad weather. This made the passengers very angry because they had to wait for a long time before the airline told them the flight was cancelled.

One passenger, Swati Singh, shared her experience online. She said she and other passengers had a hard time because of the delay. Swati mentioned that some passengers with diabetes had to eat sugary food because that’s all that was available.

Swati wrote on social media, “Another IndiGo flight was delayed, and diabetic passengers were forced to eat sugary food because there was no other choice. Why doesn’t the aviation ministry punish big companies like IndiGo when regular people suffer?”

She also shared a video where an older woman was talking to the IndiGo staff at the airport. The woman was upset because important things she needed to do were delayed because of the flight.

She said they would complain to IndiGo’s chairman in Delhi about what happened.
