Janani Charitable Trust supports flood affected people in Patan

Janani Charitable Trust has been extensively working in the villages in Patan taluka, Gaimukhwadi is one of them. More than 174 families were affected due to the landslide who are now shifted to a school in Bambawade village. The members of the trust helped 174 families by providing them with necessary items such as grains, medicines, sanitary pads, blankets, clothes.

More than 300 families were provided assistance who were displaced by the floods in Pal village. Umesh Dugani, Madhav Kale, Sandeep Phuke, Suhas Kadam and others helped extensively. Patan taluka Tehsildar Sameer Yadav expressed his gratitude towards the support extended by Janani Charitable Trust.

Sandeep Phuke of the trust said, “The work is not yet over. There is still a long way for the residents of these villages to come back to normal. Citizens can support in whichever way it is possible.”
