·         Lack of Accountability: When hawkers operate without proper licenses and permits, it can be challenging to hold them accountable for their actions. This lack of accountability can perpetuate the disturbances.

·         Community Reputation: A community known for late-night disturbances and violations can develop a negative reputation, which may discourage potential residents and businesses from moving into the area.

·         Social Isolation: Residents may feel isolated and unable to enjoy their community’s social and recreational spaces due to the disturbances caused by late-night hawkers.
