Pune News : Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan film’s song shot on Sant Tukaram Nagar Metro Station

Pune: Earlier, Pune Metro Rail shared a preview of the Sant Tukaram Nagar Metro Station in the teaser of Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film.
While talking to Pune Pulse, Hemant Sonawane, the PRO of Pune Metro, added, “Metro earned ₹ 20 lakh in September 2021 by providing the location for the shooting of the film ‘Jawan’ starring Shah Rukh Khan. The Pune Metro is open to similar offers in the future.”
The Sant Tukaram Nagar metro station is located on line 1 of the PCMC-Swargate Route. The film production company requested permission from Maha-Metro to shoot in June 2021, and they were granted permission to shoot between August 30 and September 15, 2021, at a rate of Rs 2 lakh per day. Private security guards and police personnel were deployed during the filming.
Directed by Atlee (Arun Kumar), ‘Jawan’ also features Nayanthara, Priya Mani, and Sunil Grover, among others.
