The Kapoor family, which includes Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, and others, recently visited Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence in New Delhi. They extended a special invitation to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of Raj Kapoor. To honor the legendary filmmaker, the family is organizing a nationwide screening of some of his most famous films.

Kareena Kapoor Khan shared moments from this significant meeting on Instagram. One photo shows the entire Kapoor family with the Prime Minister, capturing an important occasion. Other images feature Modi with Kareena and Saif Ali Khan, as well as a candid conversation with Saif and Ranbir Kapoor, showcasing a friendly atmosphere.

Additionally, Kareena seems to have asked Prime Minister Modi to write something special for her sons, Taimur and Jeh, who were not able to attend the meeting. In one picture, the Prime Minister can be seen writing a note for the boys, adding a personal and touching element to the event.

Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Alia Bhatt, Neetu Kapoor also shared photos from this memorable gathering, including one where the Prime Minister is seen blessing her.

The festival will showcase Raj Kapoor’s iconic films from nearly four decades, such as Aag (1948), Barsaat (1949), Awaara (1951), Shree 420 (1955), Jagte Raho (1956), Jis Desh Mein Ganga Behti Hai (1960), Sangam (1964), Mera Naam Joker (1970), Bobby (1973), and Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985).
