Dear Friends, I may not know you all but I am sure everyone reading this article has become health conscious and are keeping yourself fit and strong. As old phrase says, ‘Health is Wealth’, let us all make healthy choices by keeping our mental as well as physical health sound.

Covid19 pandemic has taught us all to compromise with wealth and made us all think about making our body strong and healthy. And with Diwali, the most awaited festival of the year is around the corner, we all are busy with making the savouries for the festive season.

I would like to mention that each one of us should take utmost care of diet during Diwali, considering the fact all are now familiar with the Covid19 pandemic.

Below are some important points one needs to keep in mind while we indulge in relishing these delicacies.

  • Use less oil and stay away from throat related infections. Opt for baked items.
  • Include Vitamin C and D rich fruits and food in your diet. This will increase immunity.
  • Stay away from junk food. Focus on home cooked fresh meals.
