Kondhwa police books man for creating ruckus at Corinthians club and resorts

Pune: Kondhwa police on Thursday, March 9 booked a man from Mohammadwadi area for creating ruckus and vandalising sound system in a marriage ceremony held in The Corinthians Club and Resorts in Undri.

Accused has been identified as Satbir Banga a resident of Nyati Highlands housing society in Mohamadwadi area of Pune city.

Kondhawa police told that Abdul Vhab Risaldar who is a resident of Kondhwa has lodged a police complaint in this case. As per the complainant, on Wednesday, March 8 night there was a marriage ceremony of Kishor Mittal going on. The event had music being played in the ceremony.

At around 11:30 pm, accused Banga forcefully entered the Corinthians club where the marriage ceremony was going on. Suddenly he removed all sound system connections and vandalised LAD operator, laptop, material worth of Rs 10 lakh.

“According to Banga, they (complainant) were playing loud music during night and hence families residing in the locality got disturbed hence he did this, but as per our observation, function was organised in the indoor hall.’’ said Sanjay Mogale,  Police Inspector (Crime), Kondhwa police station. 

Mogale told that they have registered an FIR against the accused and booked him under sections 452 and 427.
