Kondhwa police organizes meeting in Kausarbaugh to spread awareness about tenancy agreement

Pune: Kondhwa Police Station organized a meeting in Kausar Baug Society Ground in Kondhwa to make people aware about rental laws, tenancy agreement and more on August 5.

As per information from Santosh Sonawane, Senior Police Inspector, Kondhwa Police Station, the citizens of Kausar Bagh area were guided about the importance of tenancy agreement for flats as well as shops. People were guided by Kondhwa police about other problems too.

Also, if hawkers or any new person is coming to a society he should be thoroughly investigated by the chairman of the society. In the same way, CCTV cameras should be installed in every society & the watchman/security guard of the society must note detailed information in their society register about outside cars & people coming into their society.

In the said meeting, Police Inspector S Mogle, Police Sub-Inspector Sonawane, confidential staff and Narayan Lonkar, Salim Shaikh, Devdas Lonkar, Baba Shaikh, Anwar Rangrez, Mobin Khan, Shahid Khan and a total of 70 to 80 people from the society were present. The said meeting started at 8 pm and ended peacefully at 20:50 pm.

Nanda Lonkar, Ex Corporator, NIBM road took it to Instagram to thank Kondhwa Police, stating that the Kondhwa Police made the people of Kausar Baug Society completely aware about tenancy agreement laws and much more.
