In an unfortunate incident in Hyderabad’s Pahadi Shareef area, a Lamborghini valued at Rs 1 crore was deliberately set on fire by a group of individuals. The incident unfolded when the owner of the luxury sports car, Neeraj, asked his friends to assist in finding potential buyers for the vehicle.

One of the purported buyers, identified as Ahmed, orchestrated a plan to lure the car to a farmhouse under false pretenses. Accompanied by a friend, Aman, they diverted the route towards the Hyderabad airport, where Ahmed and his associates confronted Aman, claiming that Neeraj owed them money.

Despite Aman’s attempts at reconciliation, the situation escalated, leading the group to douse the Lamborghini in petrol and ignite it.

“When Aman reached Pahadi Shareef, Ahmed told him that Neeraj owns him money and asked about his whereabouts. He later, set ablaze the car after pouring petrol on it,” said Pahadishareef Inspector, P Guruva Reddy

By the time authorities intervened, the vehicle had been completely engulfed in flames. The Pahadi Shareef police have initiated an investigation into the incident, but no arrests have been made thus far.
