Maha-Metro plans to offer long-term leases, with small spaces (less than 100 sqm) and large spaces (over 100 sqm) available for a nine-year term. Currently, six spaces have already been bid out. Additionally, there are two independent property development (PD) floors available for lease.

Businesses permitted at these licensed premises include retail stores, departmental and discount shops, daily needs outlets, and food stalls (limited to electric reheating). Other approved services include offices, clinics, gyms, salons, showrooms, entertainment centers, ATMs, and e-lounges. Details on available spaces and the leasing process can be found on Maha-Metro’s official website, with options for site visits before leasing.
