Narsing Vishwanath Jadhav’s journey from a small town in Latur, Maharashtra, to cracking four competitive exams is a testament to resilience and determination. Born into a modest family where his father works as a tailor, Narsing faced financial constraints but never let them hinder his dreams.

Narsing completed his schooling at Maharashtra Vidyalaya, Nilanga, and further pursued his education at Puranmal Lahoti Polytechnic, Latur. He then went on to earn his engineering degree from Sinhgad College of Engineering, Pune. His academic journey laid a strong foundation for his career aspirations.

In December 2023, Narsing achieved a remarkable feat by clearing multiple competitive exams:

1. Civil Engineer Assistant (CEA) in Public Works Department: His first attempt at the CEA exam was successful, and he joined the Public Works Department in Selu, Parbhani district. This achievement marked the beginning of his career in government service.

2. Junior Engineer (Group 2 post) in Palghar Zilla Parishad: He secured the first rank in this exam, showcasing his proficiency in the field of engineering and administration.

3. CEA in Water Resources Department (WRD): Another successful endeavour, demonstrating his versatility in cracking exams across different departments.

4. CEA in Palghar Zilla Parishad (Group 3 post): This further cemented his position as a capable candidate for various government roles.

Despite these accomplishments, which place him in Group 3 positions rather than his ultimate goal of becoming a Class 1 officer (Group A), Narsing remains undeterred. He is committed to continuous learning and intends to appear for more exams to achieve his dream of becoming a gazetted officer.

Narsing credits his uncle, Dr. Satish Jadhav, a teacher, for inspiring him on his journey. His story has resonated widely, inspiring countless others facing similar challenges to persevere in their pursuit of excellence.

Narsing Vishwanath Jadhav’s story exemplifies the power of determination and hard work in overcoming adversity. From his humble beginnings in Latur to making significant strides in competitive exams, he stands as a beacon of hope and motivation for aspirants across Maharashtra. As he continues his journey towards his dream of becoming a Class 1 officer, Narsing serves as a living example that with perseverance, no goal is beyond reach.
