MNS Pune Demands Strict Implementation Of Marathi Language In Workplaces Across Maharashtra  Â
Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has reiterated its demand for the mandatory use of Marathi in all workplaces, including factories, offices, and banks across the state. Following the directives of party chief Raj Thackeray, MNS has urged that all daily transactions, employee interactions, official notices, and applications be conducted in Marathi.
Despite prior notifications and government orders mandating Marathi as the primary language for official communication, MNS has observed instances where it is being deliberately sidelined. The party emphasized that such negligence will not be tolerated.
MNS has called upon management authorities to ensure that employees adhere to Marathi in all official dealings and that all forms and notices are made available in the language. The party also reminded establishments of the government’s previous directive to appoint a Marathi language expert in every institution.
“Warning against any laxity in implementation, MNS asserted that non-compliance would invite action in their signature “MNS style.” The party has urged authorities to take immediate steps to enforce the use of Marathi and uphold the linguistic identity of the state,” said MNS Pune City President Sainath Babar.
