As per the information, Akhilesh Shukla, who serves as an account manager at MTDC, and Varsha Kalavikatte are neighbours in the Ajmera Society. Akhilesh’s wife, Geeta, usually performs a worship ritual outside their house, lighting incense. The smoke from this incense often drifts into Varsha’s home, creating issues for them. This smoke negatively impacts their three-year-old child and elderly mother, causing breathing problems. As a result, Geeta has begun to argue about the situation.

During the argument, nearby residents Abhijit Deshmukh and his brother Dheeraj Deshmukh tried to mediate and resolve the conflict. Their attempts to settle the disagreement angered Shukla. In retaliation, Shukla called 10 to 15 goons and violently attacked the Deshmukh brothers with an iron rod.
