Nagpur to Indore Vande Bharat Express to carry more passengers
Considering the increasing demand for Train no 20912/20911 Nagpur-Indore Vande Bharat Express, Railways have decided to run the Nagpur-Indore Vande Bharat Express with 16 Coaches instead of the present 8 Coaches with effect from 24.11.2025.
Train no 20912/20911 Nagpur-Indore Vande Bharat Express will now run with a 16-coach configuration, replacing the existing 8-coach rake.
The train can now carry 1128 passengers in 16 Coaches instead of the 530 passengers in 8 coaches.
Revised Composition: 2 AC Executive Class and 14 AC Chair Cars
The revised composition will come into effect from 24.11.2025 from both Indore and Nagpur.
The Vande Bharat Express continues to receive overwhelming response due to its superior speed, safety standards and modern travelling experience. The increased no of coaches will significantly boost seating availability, reduce waiting lists and ensure smoother travel for commuters.
The upgraded rake will also contribute to improved service efficiency and better operation management on the Indore–Nagpur–Indore sector.
