Nanded City residents should not fill PT 3 form; PMC’s big scam; alleges Ujjwal Keskar

The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) had announced that the residents of Nanded City Township will be given the facility of 40 percent discount in the property tax and for that, the Pune Municipal Corporation had appealed to residents to fill the PT 3 application form.

However, former corporator Ujjwal Keskar has said that residents need not fill this PT 3 form. He has alleged that this is a big conspiracy of the PMC Tax Department.

As per further information from the Facebook page of Ujjwal Keskar “This is just a ploy for the inconvenience of citizens as the PMC Tax Department has proposed filling PT 3 form for property tax discount for residents of Nanded City. The PMC tax department has sent property tax bills to Nanded City residents in which 66% concession has been given & the rest has been asked to pay. There are no services provided by the Pune Municipal Corporation in the Nanded City.” 

As per further information, an appeal has been made by ex corporator Ujjwal Keskar, former opposition leader Suhas Kulkarni, former corporator Prashant Badhe to the citizens of Nanded City that this is a big lure for the residents of Nanded City. Don’t fall prey to this. If such form is filled, it will be accepted by the PMC that the residents agree to this. So, residents of Nanded City must not fall prey to this conspiracy of the PMC and fill PT 3 form. Citizens should unite and register objections with the Pune Municipal Corporation.

Two PMC officers will be present in the office of the Nanded Gram Panchayat on Saturday (December 23) and Sunday (December 24) and also on Saturday (December 30) and Sunday (December 31) from 10 am to 6 pm to accept PT-3 forms. 

The PMC has requested citizens to fill out PT-3 forms along with the proof of residency. If the PT-3 form is filled with residency proof, the property tax of the citizens will be granted a discount of 40%.
