The idea of eating food with high nutritive values has gained importance, thanks to the Covid19 pandemic. The National Nutrition Week is being observed from September 1-7 every year.

People have realised the importance of home cooked food, keeping it simple yet healthy. But there are still many who out of ignorance or lack of time, due to increasing work pressure have not realised the gravity of unhealthy eating habits. But there is no reason to worry. 
Some twists in the diet can make your body, hair, skin, confidence and immunity strong, further keeping you happy and healthy. Here are some tips that can keep you disease free. One must understand that focusing on nutritiive food, moderate exercise and seeking opinion from your diet consultant are all easy ways to keep you focused.

Below are few simple yet easy ways that can keep you healthy  

  • Nuts in Diet It is important to add nuts, groundnut, almond, cashewnut, walnut, etc. in diet for their richness in fibers, essential oils.
  • Reduce Sugar Intake – Sugar is mainly known as the white poison, must be avoided. Sugar is abundantly found in fruits, hence one does not need any additional sugar intake. But limiting sugar intake helps in maintaining stamina. Excess sugar intake leads to obesity, type 2 diabetes and other health problems.
  • Add Fruits in Your diet – Fruits have immense nutritive values. Vitmanin C, Potassium, Magnesium, Minerals, Fiber are all necessary for our body to function effectively. They also fill your stomach and don’t make you hungry so often.
  • Exercise is Important – Moderate to heavy exercise is very important for healthy functioning of the body. It also helps in weight loss, strengthening muscles, improves stamina, as well as makes you confident.
  • Enough Water Intake – Water is very essential. Water helps you in burning calories. It helps in increasing your metabolism. It is important for your healthy skin, hair, stomach and overall fitness.
