Online Registration Opens for Agniveer Army Recruitment Rally 2027
Pune | February 25, 2026:
The Indian Army has officially opened online registration for the Agniveer Army Recruitment Rally (Men) 2027 under the Agnipath Scheme. The notification for online applications has been uploaded on the official recruitment portal www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
According to the notification, unmarried male candidates can apply online from 13 February 2026 to 01 April 2026. The recruitment process is being conducted for the Agniveer intake for the year 2027.
The Common Entrance Examination (CEE) for registered candidates is tentatively scheduled to be held in June 2026.
Eligible Districts
Candidates who are domiciles of six districts falling under the jurisdiction of the Recruiting Office (HQ), Pune are eligible to apply. These districts include:
- Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar)
- Beed
- Latur
- Dharashiv (Osmanabad)
- Pune
- Solapur
Application Process
Eligible candidates must complete their online registration and application process through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in on or before 01 April 2026. No offline applications will be accepted.
The Army authorities have advised candidates to carefully read the eligibility criteria, educational qualifications, physical standards, and medical requirements before submitting their applications.
Officials have also urged aspirants to apply well in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues on the portal.
The Agniveer recruitment rally is part of the Government of India’s broader initiative to modernise the armed forces and create structured short-term service opportunities for youth under the Agnipath Scheme.
