Over 300 motorists pay outstanding traffic fines at Help Desk organized at Traffic Police Headquarters

Pune: More than 300 motorists have paid their outstanding traffic fines till August 29, 2023, at the Help Desk organized at Pune Traffic Police headquarters in Yerwada.

As per information, 335 motorists were present at the Police Deputy Commissioner Traffic Branch Office, Yerwada, Pune, and paid the pending amount of traffic bills for their vehicles. Under this ‘Helpdesk’, the citizens are being guided about the violation of traffic rules and the drivers have responded enthusiastically to this help desk.

However, the Traffic Branch, Pune City and District Legal Services Authority, Pune has made an appeal to the motorists to pay their outstanding traffic fines soon.

It is worthy to note that Lok Adalat will be held on September 9,  2023, at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Police Traffic Branch of Pune to dispose of pending traffic violation cases. District Legal Services Authority, Pune will be holding Lok Adalat at the Bungalow No 6 of the traffic branch of the Pune Police Office, located in the vicinity of Yerawada Post Office in Pune.
