Own a pet in Pune ? Get them registered
Now, cat owners in Pune will also have to get their pet cat registered with the Pune Municipal Corporation.
It is important to get the cats too registered like the dogs with the PMC, informed Dr Ashish Bharti, head, PMC health department. He further said that the pet owners have to follow the norms regarding vaccination and birth control of their pets.
Registration can be done online by paying Rs 50 per pet.
Pets need to be vaccinated before they are registered.
Pets can be registered online on the PMC website – services.pmc.gov.in
Documents required to register your cat / dog :
1. Passport size latest photo of your cat / dog (3 copies)
2. Residential Proof
3. Photo attested copy of vaccination card (vaccination duly against Rabies)
