PCMC takes up steps to curb plastic waste ; offers cloth bags to vendors

Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation in its endeavour to curb use of plastic is offering cloth bags to the vendors.

An initiative was taken in the vegetable market in the PCMC limits where plastic bags were taken from the vendors and in return PCMC health and sanitation staff gave cloth bags.
