Pedal to end Polio; cycle rally held in Pimpri
Krishna Prakash, commissioner, Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissionerate took part in the cycle rally organised to spread awareness to end Polio.
The rally was organised by Rotary Club of Pimpri Elite and Rotary Club of Pune West to spread awareness on eradicating Polio.
The cycle rally was organised for 20 ad 50 kms respectively. Krishna Prakash completed the 50 kms cycle rally too which was organised on the occasion of World Polio Day.
The cycle rally was attended by District Governor 3131 Rotarian Pankaj Shah.
Cyclists from the age group of 6-75 years took part in the rally. All participants those who completed the rally were felicitated with finishers medal after the event.
Mandar Gadre, Rita Kothari, Ravindra Bhave played an important role in making this event successful.
