Pimpri-Chinchwad Commissioner Warns Officials Of Action For Delays In Complaint Resolution
Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Commissioner Shekhar Singh has directed all department heads to resolve complaints received through the Sarathi Portal, Aaple Sarkar, PG Portal, and CMO Portal within stipulated timelines, ensuring no complaints remain pending. He warned of strict action against officials deliberately delaying resolutions.
During a review meeting held at the late Mayor Madhukarrao Pawale Hall in the municipal headquarters, Singh emphasized the importance of promptly addressing citizens’ grievances and maintaining seamless implementation of civic services to improve public satisfaction.
The meeting was attended by Additional Commissioners Pradeep Jambhale Patil and Vijaykumar Khorate, along with various senior officials, including city engineers, health officers, and IT officers. Commissioner Singh instructed department heads to prioritize complaints, resolve them efficiently, and update the resolution status on respective portals without delay.
