Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Sets Up Know Your Polling Station Campaign For Voter Convenience

Maharashtra Local Body Elections: Voter List Updated Till July 1, 2025 To Be Accepted, Says State Election Commission
As per the instructions from the Chief Electoral Officer, Maharashtra, and District Election Officer, Pune, the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has launched the “Know Your Polling Station” initiative to increase voter turnout and ease the voting process in the upcoming 2024 elections. From October 29, 2024, until the polls close on November 20, 2024, designated help desks will be operational across PCMC’s regional offices, allowing voters to easily locate their designated polling stations.
To assist Pimpri Chinchwad voters, each regional office has a dedicated help desk under the supervision of respective Regional Officers. Voters can access their polling station information either in person or by calling the helpline number provided.

1. EPIC Number Requirement: Voters should provide their EPIC (Electors Photo Identification Card) number when contacting a regional office or help desk to facilitate quick identification of their designated polling station.
2. Alternate Search Options: If an EPIC number is unavailable, voters can supply their name, age, birthdate, district, and assembly constituency details to locate their polling station.
3. Online and Mobile Access: Voters can also use websites such as [electoralsearch.eci.gov.in](https://electoralsearch.eci.gov.in/) or download the Voter Helpline App for information.
4. Helpline Number: For assistance, call the voter helpline at 1950.
