PMC takes action against illegal construction in Kondhwa Khurd
Pune Municipal Corporation to Crack Down on Illegal Sale of Hawker Licenses

Pune: Pune Municipal Corporation Zone no. 2 in Mauje Kondhwa Khurd S.No. 49, 50, 22 / 2B took action against unauthorized construction without permission, resulting in the clearance of approximately 10,400 sq.ft of land.
Enforcement action was carried out at Kondhwa Khurd S. No. 49, 50, 22 / 2B in response to unauthorized construction without permission, as stipulated in Section 53 (1).
As per the information received, operation resulted in the removal of constructions belonging to the individuals Jamir Pathan, occupying an area of 1500 sq.ft in S.No. 49; Nazim Memon, occupying an area of 2500 sq.ft in S.No. 50; the owner and others, occupying an area of 2400 sq.ft; Sohail Sheikh, occupying an area of 2000 sq.ft; Navnath Mane, occupying an area of 2000 sq.ft; and Irfan Munir Shaikh, occupying an area of 10 sq.ft in 22/2nd. In total, a land area of 10,400 sq.ft was cleared.
The encroachment department staff, police personnel, JCB, breakers, gas cutters, and other necessary equipment played a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of this action.
