PMC urges to rectify errors or incorrect information in voting cards

Pune: Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has requested all Punekars to rectify any kind of errors or incorrect information in their voting card details.
As per information from the Twitter handle of PMC, people can download the Voter Helpline App or go to the official website of the Election Commission https://voters.eci.gov.in/. On these, apart from rectifying errors or incorrect information, people can find various other things such as new registration for general voters, new registration for overseas (NRI) voters, objection to proposed inclusion/deletion of name in the existing roll, shifting of residence/correction of entries in the existing electoral roll, Aadhar correction and much more.
This awareness likely comes due to the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections as well as the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Elections in 2024.
Hence, the PMC has urged all Punekars to kindly get any mistakes rectified in their voter details to have accurate & correct voting details.
