PMPML Collects Over Rs 3 Lakh Fine From Ticketless Travellers
Pune News : PMPML to celebrate ‘Pravasi Din’ on every second and fourth Friday
The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) collected a fine of Rs 3 lakh 9 thousand 500 from passengers who did not have a ticket.
As per further information shared by PMPML, at the time of the inspection of buses during the period from 23rd September to 30th September 2023, a fine of Rs 3 lakh 9 thousand 500 rupees has been collected from ticketless passengers.
A fine of Rs 500 per passenger traveling without ticket in a PMPML bus is levied from PMPML. Accordingly, a fine of Rs 3 lakh 9 thousand 500 rupees was collected from 619 passengers.
Following is the date wise count of the fine collected from ticketless passengers in PMPML buses:

Passengers traveling in PMPML buses are requested to not travel without ticket in the bus.
