A B.Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious NIT Raipur, Bandhe chose to forgo lucrative private-sector job opportunities to pursue a career in public service. He drew motivation from his senior, Himachal Sahu, who topped the CGPSC-2015 exam.

Bandhe credits his parents for their unwavering support. His father, a farmer, expressed immense pride in his son’s dedication and hopes Bandhe’s journey inspires others striving for government jobs.

Bandhe’s story is more than personal triumph; it’s a call to never give up on one’s dreams. “Failures didn’t dishearten me; they motivated me to work harder,” he said. His journey is a beacon for all who face setbacks, proving that perseverance and self-belief can turn the impossible into reality.
