Prostitution Business Uncovered at Pimple Saudagar Spa; Manager Arrested, Two Women Rescued

Pimple Saudagar: In a significant crackdown, the Pimpri-Chinchwad Crime Branch’s Prevention of Immoral Human Trafficking Cell dismantled a prostitution operation at a spa center in Pimple Saudagar. The police action took place at the Apple Beauty Salon and Spa located at Rainbow Plaza in Shiwar Chowk on Monday evening, around 7:30 PM. Two women were rescued, and the spa manager, Akshay Dhanraj Patil (24), was arrested. 

The police have also registered a case against the spa owner, Rohan Vilas Samudre (35) of Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pimpri, and Bhushan Patil (30) of Rahatni. 

According to the police, the Immoral Human Trafficking Cell received a tip-off about the illegal activities being conducted under the guise of a spa center. The suspects allegedly lured two women with money and coerced them into prostitution. Acting on this information, the police conducted a raid, rescuing the two women and apprehending the spa manager.

The investigation is ongoing, and further action will be taken against those involved in this illegal operation. The police are committed to curbing such activities and ensuring the safety and well-being of the victims.
