Pune, October 25 – Pune Airport has unveiled its expanded Winter Schedule 2024-25, introducing several new domestic and international routes aimed at enhancing travel options for passengers. Airport Director Santosh Dhoke confirmed the additions, which include both increased flight frequency and new connections.

In a first, Pune is now directly linked to Bhopal, with Indigo Airlines launching a daily direct service between the two cities. The airline has also added a direct flight from Pune to Trivandrum, while key destinations such as Chennai, Indore, Ahmedabad, and Dehradun have seen increased frequency, further strengthening Pune’s domestic network.

These new routes bring Pune Airport’s domestic connectivity to a total of 35 destinations, offering greater flexibility for travelers. Indigo Airlines has played a pivotal role in the expansion, while Air India Express is also contributing with new direct services from Pune to Chennai and Kochi.

On the international side, the airport is increasing its reach with direct flights to Bangkok, operated by both Indigo and Air India Express. Additionally, Indigo is set to launch a new direct route from Pune to Dubai, expanding international options for passengers.

With the addition of these new international routes, Pune Airport now connects to three prominent global destinations: Singapore, Dubai, and Bangkok, underscoring the airport’s rising status as a key hub for both domestic and international travel.

The expanded routes are set to commence as part of the Winter Schedule 2024-25, offering passengers enhanced options and connectivity in the coming months.
