Pune – On July 28, 2024, at 11:42 AM, a fire broke out in an ambulance parked in the Noble Hospital parking area in Hadapsar, Magarpatta. Upon receiving the report, the fire brigade from Hadapsar Fire Station dispatched a fire truck to the scene.

Upon arrival, the firefighters found that the Sanjeevani Ambulance Service vehicle, parked in an open field behind Noble Hospital, was engulfed in flames. The firefighters confirmed that no one was trapped inside and used water to extinguish the fire within approximately fifteen minutes, preventing further danger. Although there were no injuries, the ambulance suffered significant damage. The cause of the fire could not be determined.

The operation involved Hadapsar Fire Station driver Chandrakant Jagtap and firefighters Somnath Mote, Mangesh Shinde, Ramdas Lad, and Umesh Shirsat
