Pune : Bavdhan Residents Demand For Feeder Buses To Metro Stations

Pune: Bavdhan residents have inquired about the service timings and stops as Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) has announced eight new feeder bus services in Pune. Vanaz Metro Station to Anand Nagar, Shivaji Nagar Metro Station to Pune Station, Pune Station to Mundhwa Gaon, Hadapsar to Shivajinagar Civic Court Metro Station, Dange Chowk to Dange Chowk (Circle), Bavdhan Gaon to Vanaz Metro Station, etc. Â
Shirish Patil, a resident of Bavdhan added, ”We stay in Bavdhan, and Vanaj is the nearest station. Auto Rickshaw charges are 50 to 60, and they may normally be unavailable or reluctant for short distances. It would be a big relief for office goers and students to go to Kothrud Deccan, Pune Station, and the Shivaji Nagar area.”Â
Sanjay Gawade, Feeder Bus Conductor, added, ”Feeder Bus service has started from August 10 on the Bavdhan to Vanaj Route. Service starts at 8 am and continues until noon. Later again, service starts at 3.20 pm and goes up to 7 pm Recurring service has been provided after every 50 minutes.”
PMPML launched its Metro Feeder Bus service, giving residents a quick and easy method to reach their preferred metro stations and make the most of available public transportation. The inauguration of the recently inaugurated Metro routes from Phugewadi to Civil Court stations and Garware College to Ruby Hall Clinic stations by Prime Minister Narendra Modi paved the way for the introduction of the metro feeder services.
