The 17th edition of Bhimthadi Jatra, conceptualized by the visionary Sunanda Pawar, is all set to mesmerize its attendees with a captivating rural extravaganza that transcends cultural boundaries. This distinctive carnival, held annually in Pune, has become a symbol of cultural amalgamation, seamlessly blending tradition, culture, skills, and entertainment.

With over 400,000 visitors each year, the Jatra transforms the Agricultural College Ground in Shivaji Nagar into a bustling hub that attracts Punekars, Mumbaikars, and art enthusiasts from neighboring cities.

The Jatra’s essence resides in its diverse flea market, housing over 400 stalls that display a plethora of handcrafted marvels, artisanal goods, textiles, and traditional handicrafts. In addition to the bustling market, attendees can indulge in the authentic rural cuisine and local street food from Maharashtra, creating an idyllic haven for food enthusiasts.

The culinary offerings highlight the region’s abundant and varied flavors.
