Pune: Changes in PMPML bus routes on August 1 due to Annabhau Sathe's Birth Anniversary
On August 1, 2024, due to the birth anniversary of the renowned literary figure Annabhau Sathe, there may be changes in several PMPML bus routes in the afternoon.
Considering this, the following bus routes will experience modifications: 2, 2A, 2B, 3, 4, 10, 11, 11A, 11K, 12, 13, 15, 17, 21, 26, 30, 37, 38, 41, 42, 47, 50, 52, 52A, 60, 64, 64M, 66, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 78, 89, 90, 97, 103, 111, 117, 118, 118A, 199, 216, 227, 227A, 231, 232, 233, 233A, 233B, 279, 294, 295, 297, 298, 299, 339, 354, and Metro Shuttle 13.
If roads at Jedhe Chowk and Sarasbaug are closed, the affected buses will be rerouted from Lakshmi Narayan Talkies, turning left towards Mitra Mandal Chowk, and operating via Sarasbaug in the afternoon.
Additionally, if the road near Natraj Bus Station in Swargate is closed, buses departing from this station will instead start from Khandoba Temple and Parvati Paytha until the road is reopened. Afterward, buses will resume their regular route from Natraj Bus Station.
PMPML requests passengers to be aware of these changes and cooperate with the transport corporation.
