Pune Customs Seizes Gold Weighing 423 Grams From Woman Passenger Flying from Dubai to Pune
Pune, July 3, 2023 : A lady passenger aged 41 yrs travelling by SpiceJet flight No. SG-52 from Dubai to Pune was intercepted by Pune Customs due to behavioural suspicion after crossing the green channel.
During further interrogation carried by Pune Customs and follow up with x-ray at the hospital, it was revealed that there was some foreign object placed in the rectum.
Two white colour capsule weighing if 423.41Gms, appearing to be gold paste was recovered. Further investigation is ongoing in the case.
