Pune: District Cooperative Housing Societies Federation to Host 'Sahakar Darbar' in Hinjawadi On Nov 1
Pune, November 1, 2025: The Pune District Cooperative Housing Societies and Apartments Federation has announced the upcoming “Sahakar Darbar,” an outreach initiative designed to provide support and solutions to residential societies in the Hinjawadi area. The event will be held jointly with YashOne Hinjawadi on Saturday, 1st November 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The session will be held at YashOne Hinjawadi, located near VJ Avenue on Man Road, Hinjawadi, Pune.
The Sahakar Darbar aims to address the common and complex challenges faced by cooperative housing societies and apartment complexes. To provide expert guidance, the Federation’s own expert directors will be present, along with Senior Advocate Kanad Lahane, who will offer legal counsel on issues pertaining to society management and governance.
In an appeal, Charuhas Kulkarni, Treasurer of the Pune District Cooperative Housing Societies and Apartments Federation, stated, “We are organising the ‘Sahakar Darbar’ for November 2025 as per our monthly schedule. Senior Advocate Kanad Lahane will be present to guide housing societies and apartments on their problems. We humbly request all members to attend the Sahakar Darbar.”
The Federation has urged managing committee members and residents from all cooperative housing societies and apartments in the vicinity to attend the event to get their queries resolved. They have also requested attendees to share the information with other societies to ensure wide participation and collective benefit.
