Pune District Cooperative Housing Society And Apartments Federation Ltd to hold program to address issues concerning housing societies

Pune: The Pune District Cooperative Housing Society Federation planning to organize a programme for the residents of the housing societies to understand & resolve the various issues troubling them.Â
Suhas Patwardhan, President, Pune District Cooperative Housing Society, informed that they are serving societies for the last 49 years representing 18,000 housing companies and 15,000 apartments throughout Pune city and district. There are different levels of home construction projects in Maharashtra. It mainly includes MHADA, CIDCO, CHAL, all of which belong to the general income group, while bungalows, townships and apartments belong to the other category.”
Citizens living in each of these housing societies as well as apartments condominiums have different problems. There are many types of cooperative housing societies having issues with flat type, open plot type, maintenance of society. Each one of them have different issues. Hence, for the purpose of hearing out all the issues and planning concrete solutions for them, the Pune District Cooperative Housing Society will organize different dialogue sessions for them.
