Pune Metro to give 30 percent discount to travellers on weekend

Pune: The Pune Metro Rail has announced that a discount of 30 percent will be given to passengers travelling on Saturdays and Sundays. This initiative aims to make weekend travel more convenient and affordable for Pune Metro passengers. Pune Metro has appealed that maximum number of passengers should take advantage of this discount.
While talking to Pune Pulse, Hemant Sonawane stated, ”This initiative was launched to encourage more people to utilize the metro service, which is also a convenient mode of transportation during the monsoon season, thereby reducing traffic congestion on the roads.”
