Pune News: Central Railway Announces Special Khadki–Hisar Superfast Train to Manage Passenger Rush
Pune: To accommodate the heavy festive-season passenger rush, Central Railway has announced a special superfast train service between Hisar and Khadki. The train will operate one trip in each direction and run on special charges.
Train Details:
1. Train No. 04725 / 04726 Hisar–Khadki–Hisar Superfast Special (One Trip Each)
- Train No. 04725 Hisar–Khadki Special
The train will depart from Hisar at 05:50 hrs on Sunday, December 7, 2025, and reach Khadki at 10:15 hrs on Monday. - Train No. 04726 Khadki–Hisar Special
The return train will leave Khadki at 17:00 hrs on Monday, December 8, 2025, and arrive in Hisar at 22:25 hrs on Tuesday.
Halts:
Chinchwad, Lonavala, Kalyan, Vasai Road, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Godhra, Ratlam, Nagda, Bhawani Mandi, Kota, Sawai Madhopur, Durgapura, Jaipur, Ringas, Sikar, Nawalgarh, Jhunjhunu, Chirawa, Loharu, and Sadulpur.
Coach Composition:
A total of 22 ICF coaches, including:
- 1 First AC cum AC 2-Tier
- 2 AC 2-Tier
- 7 AC 3-Tier
- 8 Sleeper Class
- 2 General Second Class
- 2 Guard/Luggage Vans
Reservation & Ticketing:
- Bookings for Train No. 04726 will open on December 7, 2025, at all PRS counters and through the IRCTC website.
- General Second Class and Guard/Luggage Vans will run as unreserved coaches, available via the UTS system at normal unreserved fares.
Railways has advised passengers to make advance reservations to avoid last-minute inconvenience.
