According to the new IT policy of the state government, a new IT park has been developed in the villages included in the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation area since 1997. Through Pride World City in Charholi Budruk, an IT park spanning 3 million square feet will be developed, creating approximately 50,000 job opportunities.

The first IT park in the ‘Chikhali-Moshi-Charholi Residential Corridor’ is being developed at Pride World City, Charholi Budruk. The foundation stone was laid by BJP MLA Mahesh Landge, with prominent builder and CREDAI official Arvind Jain and other notable figures from the construction industry present.

A detailed meeting was held in October 2023 between Municipal Commissioner and Administrator Shekhar Singh and CREDAI member builder Arvind Jain to effectively implement the state’s new IT-2023 policy in Pimpri-Chinchwad. The proposed project’s foundation stone is being laid in July 2024. Significant investment and job creation are expected in the state’s IT and ITES policy sector, which will help address the development backlog of the included villages.
