Pune News : Pimpri Chinchwad Police Arrests 4 persons For Cheating Several People Luring Them To Get Job in IT sector

Pune: Pimpri Chinchwad police have arrested 4 people for scamming several people of Rs 50 lakhs, promising IT jobs in big companies on Friday. The accused are identified as Mahesh Kumar Harichandra Koli, Anudeep Chandrakant Pashupati aka Sharma, Kalpana Marutrao Bakhal & Shravan Eknath Shinde.
As per information, the victim identified as Kamlesh Pandharinath Gangavane, Resident of Kalewadi, Pune and his other associates were promised employment in various companies regularly. The accused accepted a total of Rs 50 Lakhs from around 60-70 people through UPI and also provided them with fake appointment letters which belonged to non-existent companies.
All the accused have been arrested and a case has been registered against them under Sections 419, 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Police are further investigating the case.
